Terms of Service

Foodiigo is a digital food-court ordering platform designed to make ordering from participating food outlets more convenient.

Through Foodiigo, customers may be able to:

• Browse participating food-court outlets
• View menus and prices
• Select and customize eligible food items
• Add items to a cart
• Place orders
• Pay online or at the counter, where available
• Track order status
• View previous orders
• Make an optional donation where the feature is available
• Access other ordering-related features provided by Foodiigo

Foodiigo provides the technology used to facilitate ordering between customers and participating outlets.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, food items are prepared and fulfilled by the respective participating outlet from which the customer places the order.

You may use Foodiigo only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

By using the Service, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into the transaction you are making or are using the Service with any consent or supervision required under applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide through Foodiigo is accurate and current.

Certain Foodiigo functionality may require you to create or access an account.

Foodiigo may allow authentication through services such as Google Sign-In.

When using an account, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining control of your device and account
• Protecting access to your account
• Not allowing unauthorized persons to misuse your account
• Informing Foodiigo if you become aware of unauthorized account activity

Foodiigo may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, outlets, the platform, or other parties from fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or security threats.

Foodiigo may allow customers to sign in using their Google account.

Use of Google authentication may also be subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Foodiigo does not receive or store your Google account password.

Information received through Google authentication is handled in accordance with Foodiigo's Privacy Policy.

Foodiigo allows participating food-court outlets to make their menus available through the Service.

Participating outlets are generally responsible for matters relating to their food and fulfilment, including:

• Preparing ordered food
• Food quality
• Ingredients
• Food safety
• Preparation methods
• Menu availability
• Appropriate handling of food
• Fulfilling accepted orders
• Information supplied by the outlet concerning its products

Foodiigo provides the technology through which the order is communicated and managed.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any responsibility that Foodiigo or an outlet has under applicable law.

Foodiigo displays menu information supplied or maintained through participating outlets and the Foodiigo platform.

Menu information may include:

• Item names
• Descriptions
• Prices
• Images
• Dietary classifications
• Customization options
• Availability information
• Offers or promotions

Menu items, prices, availability, descriptions, and customization options may change.

An item displayed on Foodiigo may become unavailable before an order is successfully placed.

Where Foodiigo detects that an item is no longer available before checkout, the customer may be required to remove or modify the affected item before continuing.

Images displayed on Foodiigo are intended to help identify or represent products. Actual presentation, quantity, appearance, packaging, or preparation may vary.

Prices shown through Foodiigo are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be changed by participating outlets or through authorized platform administration.

If the price of an item changes after it has been added to a customer's cart but before the order is completed, Foodiigo may inform the customer of the updated price and require confirmation before the order is placed.

The applicable price is the price presented and accepted as part of the final order process, subject to applicable law.

Any applicable charges will be displayed as part of the order process where required.

Adding an item to a cart does not by itself complete an order.

An order is submitted when the customer completes the applicable checkout process.

Before accepting or processing an order, Foodiigo may verify information including:

• Item availability
• Current prices
• Outlet availability
• Menu status
• Selected customizations
• Payment status
• Order validity

An order may fail or be rejected if, for example:

• An item is no longer available
• An outlet is unavailable or unable to accept the order
• Required customization information is invalid
• Payment cannot be completed
• The order contains invalid or outdated information
• A technical or security issue prevents the order from being processed

Foodiigo will attempt to communicate the relevant order status through the Service.

An order should not be considered successfully placed merely because items were added to the cart or the checkout page was opened.

A successful order is subject to confirmation through Foodiigo's ordering system.

Customers should review the order information displayed by Foodiigo after submission to determine whether the order was successfully placed.

Where available, Foodiigo may allow customers to choose Pay at Counter.

When this option is selected, the customer is responsible for completing payment according to the applicable outlet's payment and collection process.

The availability of Pay at Counter may vary between outlets or orders.

Foodiigo may allow customers to pay online through third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay.

Online payments may therefore also be subject to the payment provider's applicable terms and policies.

Foodiigo may receive information necessary to confirm the transaction, including:

• Payment status
• Transaction identifier
• Payment amount
• Payment method or related transaction information

Foodiigo does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or similar sensitive payment credentials on its own systems.

A payment attempt does not necessarily mean that an order was successfully accepted.

Customers should rely on the final order/payment status displayed by Foodiigo and the applicable payment provider.

Payments may fail or remain incomplete for reasons including:

• Banking issues
• Payment-provider failures
• Network problems
• Authentication failures
• Transaction limits
• Technical errors
• User cancellation

If payment fails, the customer may be asked to retry the payment or use another available payment method.

If money appears to have been debited despite an unsuccessful transaction, the handling of that transaction or reversal may depend on the payment provider, bank, payment network, Foodiigo's records, and applicable law.

Foodiigo and participating outlets may need to update menu availability in real time.

An item that was available when added to a cart may become unavailable before checkout.

If this occurs, Foodiigo may prevent checkout until the unavailable item is removed or otherwise resolved.

Similarly, a price may change before an order is completed.

Foodiigo may require the customer to acknowledge the updated amount before proceeding.

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on factors including:

• Whether the order has been accepted
• Whether preparation has begun
• The reason for cancellation
• Payment status
• Outlet fulfilment status
• Technical or payment failures
• Applicable consumer-protection requirements

Where a refund is approved, the refund may be processed through the original payment method or another applicable mechanism.

The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the payment provider, bank, or payment network.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or remedy that a customer is entitled to under applicable law.

Unless Foodiigo expressly provides a different fulfilment method for a particular order, customers are responsible for collecting their food according to the instructions displayed through Foodiigo or provided by the relevant outlet.

Customers should monitor their order status and collect the order within a reasonable period after it is ready.

Foodiigo is not responsible for deterioration in food quality resulting solely from an unreasonable delay by the customer in collecting a completed order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where Foodiigo provides table identification or table-related functionality, the feature may be used to associate an order or customer session with a particular food-court table.

Table information does not necessarily mean that:

• The table is reserved
• The table is exclusively assigned to the customer
• Food will be delivered to the table
• Foodiigo guarantees continued availability of the table

Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers remain responsible for collecting their orders from the applicable outlet.

Customers with food allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or other food-related requirements should exercise appropriate care when ordering.

Dietary labels, descriptions, or classifications displayed through Foodiigo may be based on information provided by participating outlets.

Customers should contact or confirm with the relevant outlet where information about ingredients, allergens, cross-contamination, or preparation methods is important to their decision.

Foodiigo does not independently prepare the food.

Nothing in this section limits responsibilities imposed on Foodiigo or participating outlets by applicable law.

Foodiigo may provide customers with an option to add a small donation to an order.

Where available:

• Participation is optional
• The donation amount will be presented as part of the order process
• The selected donation may be included in the transaction total
• The donation may be recorded as part of the order
• Authorized Foodiigo systems may maintain donation records

Where an order and its associated payment are refunded, treatment of the associated donation will follow the applicable Foodiigo refund process.

Foodiigo may provide additional information regarding donation initiatives through the Service.

Foodiigo or participating outlets may occasionally provide:

• Discounts
• Offers
• Coupons
• Promotional campaigns
• Other incentives

Additional conditions may apply to a particular promotion.

Promotions may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, usage limits, or outlet restrictions.

Foodiigo may prevent misuse or fraudulent use of promotional benefits.

You must not misuse Foodiigo.

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to Foodiigo systems or accounts
• Circumvent security controls
• Manipulate orders, prices, payments, promotions, or refunds
• Submit fraudulent transactions
• Abuse cancellation or refund systems
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Scrape or extract information through unauthorized automated methods
• Impersonate another person
• Use Foodiigo for unlawful activity
• Attempt to access administrative or outlet functionality without authorization
• Disrupt Foodiigo, participating outlets, or other customers

Foodiigo may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action to protect the Service and its users.

Foodiigo and its associated software, interface, design, branding, logos, graphics, and original content may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Distribute
• Sell
• Reverse engineer
• Exploit

Foodiigo's proprietary software or materials without authorization.

Participating outlets and third parties retain ownership of their respective trademarks, logos, images, and other intellectual property.

Your use of Foodiigo does not transfer ownership of Foodiigo's intellectual property to you.

Foodiigo relies on third-party services to provide certain functionality.

These may include services relating to:

• Authentication
• Payment processing
• Hosting
• Database infrastructure
• Email
• Storage
• Security
• Other technical infrastructure

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Foodiigo is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the responsibilities imposed on Foodiigo by applicable law.

We aim to keep Foodiigo available and reliable, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Foodiigo may be temporarily unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Software updates
• Internet or network problems
• Infrastructure failures
• Third-party service outages
• Security incidents
• Events outside reasonable control

Foodiigo may modify, suspend, or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary.

Where practical, we may attempt to minimize disruption.

Users must not attempt to defeat or bypass Foodiigo's security measures.

Foodiigo may take reasonable action to:

• Protect accounts
• Prevent fraud
• Investigate suspicious activity
• Protect participating outlets
• Protect payment processes
• Maintain platform integrity

Foodiigo may temporarily restrict access where necessary to investigate or address a security concern.

Foodiigo may suspend or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary because of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraud or suspected fraud
• Security risks
• Abuse of Foodiigo or participating outlets
• Unauthorized access
• Unlawful activity
• Material misuse of the Service

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, Foodiigo may provide information regarding the restriction.

Termination does not eliminate rights or obligations that arose before termination.

Foodiigo aims to provide accurate and reliable ordering functionality.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service may be provided subject to availability and may occasionally contain errors, interruptions, outdated information, or technical issues.

Foodiigo does not guarantee that every menu item displayed will remain available until an order is completed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Foodiigo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside Foodiigo's reasonable control.

Foodiigo is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent participating outlets or third-party providers except to the extent that responsibility is imposed on Foodiigo by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Foodiigo's collection and use of personal information is described in the Foodiigo Privacy Policy.

By using Foodiigo, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled as described in the applicable Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law.

Foodiigo may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes may be made because of:

• New features
• Changes to Foodiigo's business or operations
• Changes to payment or infrastructure providers
• Security requirements
• Changes in applicable laws or regulations

When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date will be changed.

Where required by applicable law, additional notice or consent will be provided.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection or other applicable laws.

If you have a concern regarding Foodiigo, an order, payment, or the Service, you should first contact Foodiigo so that the issue can be reviewed.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from approaching an appropriate court, consumer commission, regulator, or other authority where you are entitled to do so under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the Foodiigo Privacy Policy and any additional terms specifically presented for a particular feature, constitute the terms governing your use of the Foodiigo Service.
